Our Story
Little Athletes are a specialised Physical Activity provider for Early Years, working passionately with local Nurseries, Schools, Children’s Centres and Sports centres, to deliver our unique provision.
Established in Stoke-on-Trent in 2015, Little Athletes quickly became the city’s leading Early Years provider specialising in Physical Activity provision for Early Years, delivering our innovative provision to thousands of children across the city. Our aim is to connect communities, build relationships, and to help build healthier and happier lives for our young children.

With a huge focus on Letter & numbers, colour and shape recognition we have developed over 10 different programmes which all offer ‘something different’ to allow our families to choose the perfect activity and learning environment for their little super star.
Due to the overwhelming success of Little Athletes, we decided to take the first steps into franchising in 2020. This was a huge step for us as a business, but at the same time, we knew that this was our next step. We are so passionate about what we do, so we wanted to make our provision accessible to as many families across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia as possible.
Since 2020, we have continually welcomed franchisees into the Little Athletes family across the UK, Europe and the Middle East who are fully aligned with our model, and who also share the same passion, vision and dedication in driving the company forward.
Our ETHOS
Little Athletes was created to provide incredible experiences for our young children and to have activities accessible for all ability levels. Our mission is to become the world's most extensive Early Years Physical Activity provider, and with the dedication of our Franchisees, we firmly believe that this will be achieved. The focus of our sessions isn’t only development, we want to create a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment where children can learn, express themselves, make friends and have fun. Children need to learn without pressure in order for them to develop, and within our sessions, we make sure that this happens in a safe and controlled way, whilst giving children the freedom to be themselves.

What We Do
Our Programmes include The Little Athletes Football Academy and our Foundation Stage Programme to holiday clubs and toddler classes! With classes starting at the age of 12 months, this gives our children the perfect introduction to the world of Education & exercise at the very start of their Early Years journey!
Our Aim
By working closely with our passionate franchisees, we aim to become the UK’s leading early-year physical provision provider. We firmly believe we are on the right path to achieving our goals. We have a fantastic team of franchisees who have the same drive, dedication and passion for delivering our provision at the very highest standard, giving our children the very best start and experience in their early years journey.
As a company, we believe all children should have access to extra-curricular physical activity outside of school and nursery hours. We aim to make our sessions accessible to all children across the UK through our different programmes and initiatives. Exposure to physical activity at a young age is vital to a child's physical, social and emotional development and well-being. Therefore through our fabulous franchisees, we will continue in our mission to ensure that we can support all children in their early years of development.
